Delivery

Delivery terms for tent hangars and reinforced concrete cellars depend on the selected product, site location, unloading conditions, and the scope of installation.

When the customer orders installation from SIA "F Grupa", delivery is included in the service at no extra charge.

When the product is ordered without installation, delivery costs are calculated separately and agreed before the order is confirmed.

Returns

Tent hangars and reinforced concrete cellars are large-format building structures that are assembled, delivered, or installed according to the specific order.

These products are not returnable after the order is confirmed and delivered.

All final delivery, installation, and order terms are agreed with the customer before the order is confirmed.
