Delivery
Delivery terms for tent hangars and reinforced concrete cellars depend on the selected product, site location, unloading conditions, and the scope of installation.
When the customer orders installation from SIA "F Grupa", delivery is included in the service at no extra charge.
When the product is ordered without installation, delivery costs are calculated separately and agreed before the order is confirmed.
Returns
Goods can be returned or replaced only if they are defective. For tent hangars, claims can be filed within 3 years via the Construction Information System (BIS); for reinforced concrete cellars and rubber mats, within 2 years.
Goods of proper quality that match the order are not taken back, except under the consumer right of withdrawal provided by law.
All final delivery, installation, and order terms are agreed with the customer before the order is confirmed.
